When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comments form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser information text to aid spam detection.

An anonymized text (also called a hash) generated from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using the service. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible to everyone along with your comment.

Environment (Images)

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract any location information from images on the website.

Image Licenses (Copyright)

Please use licensed images to avoid any license violations in the images you use while designing your own product on our website. The images you upload to our site while designing the product are entirely your responsibility. Ink and Fabric never accepts license rights violations that may occur from the images uploaded by our visitors. Accordingly, you must fully accept the licensing and copyright rules.

The commercial license and production rights of the pictures, designs, texts I send belong to me.
If, for any reason, the licensee of the design I use contacts the Ink and Fabric authorities, it is my legal responsibility. My information can be given to the owner of the design and I am responsible for all negative situations that may arise.
I know and agree that using a third party copyrighted design is a serious crime.
Wepod.digital officials can take any legal action regarding such problems arising from myself.
